Real Estate Photography Services

Full Service (Exteriors, Interiors, and basic corrections for exposure and color. Includes at least 20 digital images downloadable via website, and embeddable slideshow)
$125 per unit + $25 travel fee.
Travel fee may be waived if multiple units are available to shoot within 10 miles of each other on the same day.
8 or more units in the same day will be billed a day rate of $800 plus an additional $75 per unit over 8.
Special editing, grass color fix, remove objects, etc,  is available on request, and is billed at $25 an hour, with a 1 hour minimum.
Target turn around time is 2 weeks, guaranteed by 4 weeks. Rush turn around is available upon request 72 hour turn around $100, 24 hour turn around $300. Emergency turn around $50 per image with a 4 image minimum.

$25 per unit, 3 unit min + $25 travel fee

Wednesday 5pm - 8pm

Thursday 5pm -8pm

Friday 9am - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 8pm ( When I am not shooting youth sports)
